Sr. UX/UI Designer :
As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create intuitive, engaging, visually appealing websites. You will assist in the design and enhancement of user interfaces, user experiences, and overall interaction design, ensuring our web design projects are user-friendly and aligned with our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities :
- Understand product requirements and user psychology
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and screen flows for modules
- Creating product prototypes
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to the engineering team
- Conduct surveys to gather user and client feedback
- Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
- Conducting competitor and customer analysis
Skills / Experience :
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Proficient in design tools: preferably Figma.
- Ability to build prototypes with interactions
- Product-minded approach and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and UX principles
- Analytical mind with business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
