Inbound Sales Manager :

We are looking for an energetic Inbound Sales Manager to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will work with various departments and report to the SVP – Revenue. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, process oriented and motivated to increase sales and enhance the company’s reputation.

Responsibilities :

  • Accountable for driving and generating revenue for the business unit working on inbound sales inquiries on phone calls or chats.
  • Deliver the monthly target as assigned by the business
  • Generate incremental revenue from the existing customers by up-selling additional products and services
  • Understands pipeline management, working on opportunities/leads on SalesForce or other tools and be able to present a report on a weekly basis to the leadership team
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Enable the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client status.
  • Adhere to SOPs for lead conversion and onboarding to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintaining client records.

Required Competencies :

  • Graduation is a must for this role
  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
